Focus Learning is a short, targeted, interactive and operational "workshop" type learning format.

In 3 hours of time, you will discuss some key concepts to understand the subject and then implement 3 to 4 tools directly applicable in your daily activities.

The themes relate to the whole of our soft-skills catalog (link) through our 3 fields of soft-skills trainings: communication, management, professional and personal development. In their intra-company version, the content of the sessions is determined with you, from one or more content in the catalog. Every combination is possible to stick to your needs best!

Our Focus Learning workshops are based on the exchange of practices and the sharing of experiences. With groups limited to 8 people, they encourage the active participation of everyone through many exercises and situations.

A few pages of handout allow learners to follow the lead of the training and take synthetic and visual notes. Once completed, they are as many practical sheets that are easy to look up on afterwards.

This learning format integrates particularly well into a blended learning concept. Many of our clients associate Focus Learning with E-Learning modules as part of a diversified course, motivating and adapted to each one’s rhythm.
