Beginning 2019 will be marked by the setting up of a whole new training
"Team Leaders: Welcome to the Adventure!"

This training represents 2 days of workshops with, as a starting point, an "Escape Hunt" adventure to:

  • Better understand one's role as team leader and position oneself as such
  • Develop leadership and management skills
  • Effectively endorse the main managerial responsibilities

For Whom? 

This innovative format is intended for new managers, but also for current team leaders who wish to exchange with their peers and implement new ideas to improve their managerial capabilities.

 

What for?

The workshops will allow them to share their experiences and to identify the best practices together: what works? What can be improved? The opportunity to put in perspective one’s managerial approach, coached by a consultant who will animate the exchanges, will bring complementary tools and guide their implementation.

How?

The Escape Hunt Adventure (to be tested at least once in his life!) is a great way to confront in a playful way one’s own reactions in a collective context that contains both solidarity (cooperate to solve the mystery) and competition (What is my place within the team? What challenges, what competition between team members shows this adventure?) A debrief will create the connection with one’s own posture, one’s own positioning as manager.
