Job Description

  • Provide training: provide training to end- users, re-train users when functionality has changed etc. Training in formal class-room-style training and one-on-one training-on-the-job on an as needed basis.    
  • Create Manuals: creating user-manuals for office tool and update it when necessary
  • Update Manuals: updating previously mentioned as functionalities are added, changed etc.
  • User Support: helping users to find ways on using the software so it answers their needs.
  • Helpdesk support: mainly involves communicating with users in order to find out exactly what their problem is...
  • Testing: testing new or changed functionalities

Requested Profile :

  • You have minimum a (technical) high school degree;
  • You have at least 6 months experience in training and support;
  • You are familiar with the Windows environment and MS office - knowledge of another environment is a strong plus;
  • Besides English, you can express yourself fluently in French.
  • Due to a combination of excellent communication skills and professionalism, you're able to win the trust of our clients.
  • Quick learning ability is required as well as teamwork spirit and ability to integrate in a multilingual environment
  • Experience within a European Institution or another European Body is considered as an advantage
