PEDAGOGICAL METHOD

The teaching method is based on the active participation of each participant in the form of :

  • Practical exercises borrowed from cognitive and behavioural therapies applied to the training, case studies and role plays staging the daily life of the participants and similar situations

  • Followed by a collective debriefing between the protagonists (participants in the role plays), the other learners (observers who provide feedback) and the facilitator (provision of tools and synthesis).

  • Interactive exchanges between participants and between participants and the facilitator: most of the subjects are dealt with in the form of collective exchanges, supported by theoretical contributions in the form of tools.
