Job Description
The organisation of courses at the European Commission implies that there are a number of tasks that could be done by a LSP (Logistical Support Person). These tasks consist of:
- Classroom preparation: making sure that all supporting material, pedagogical material, presence lists, etc. are ready at the beginning of a course
- Assistance to users: giving information to trainees about the courses, registration, contacts by phone, etc.
- Assistance to trainers: giving information to trainers, helping them to find answers to the questions of participants, showing how to use the infrastructure, etc.
- The job is based in Brussels
Requested Profile :
- A very customer-oriented approach: friendly at the telephone, service-minded
- Bilingual : English and French
- Being acquainted with the training business
- Having an eye for perfection
- Having secretarial skills
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Being able to work in a team, yet be able to work independently as well
- Be respectful working schedules : (4/5 time)
- Experience within a European Institution or another European Body is considered as an advantage
- Experience within the LMS tool
- Familiar with web technologies and with relational databases
